4 - 6 November 2004 (Chicago, USA ), Pediatric Conference Chicago 2004, "A Sound Foundation Through Early Amplification". This speciality pediatric audiology conference is run by Phonak once a decade. - For those of you with a decent Internet connection (Broadband). Phonak will be broadcasting the first morning of this conference live from Chicago over the Internet. This will be at 2.15pm - 6.20pm, GMT (UK time) on Thursday 4th November 2004.
